This website is operated by WE DIE YOUNG CLOTHING ("we", "us", "our").
By using our site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least
the age of majority in your place of residence and agree to these terms.

2. PRODUCTS
All products are made to order through print-on-demand production.
Because each item is produced individually, slight variations in print
placement, color, and finish may occur and are not considered defects.
Product images are for reference; actual products may vary slightly.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include
shipping. We reserve the right to change prices, products, and
availability at any time without notice. Orders are confirmed only once
payment is successfully processed.

4. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our
discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or
unavailability. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment made.

5. SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund
Policy, both of which form part of these terms. As products are made to
order, all sales are final except for damaged, defective, or incorrect
items.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including designs, artwork, logos, graphics,
and text — is the property of WE DIE YOUNG CLOTHING and is protected by
applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy,

permitted by law, WE DIE YOUNG CLOTHING is not liable for any indirect,

8. CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or
customs fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays
caused by customs processing.

applies to your use of the site and any orders placed.
