HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Everything is made to order. Production takes about 3–7 business days,
then shipping. Estimated total delivery is 10–20 business days depending
on where you are.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Free, worldwide. It's already built into the price — you'll never pay
extra at checkout.

WHY DID MY ITEMS ARRIVE SEPARATELY?
If your order has items made at different facilities, they ship in
separate packages with separate tracking. Don't worry — the rest is on
its way.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, all sales are
final. The exception: if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact
us and we'll make it right.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?
Our pieces are designed oversized. Check the size guide on each product
page. If you're between sizes or want a closer fit, size down.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Since production starts quickly, reach out as soon as possible. Once an
item is in production we may not be able to change it.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You'll get tracking by email once your order ships.
